Portakabin Building 001Portakabin Inside 002

After a couple of weeks of long hours and little sleep we have reopened in our lovely Portakabin building on the upper terrace.

We are now sited next to St John’s church on the Lothian Road side and easily visible from the street. The building that Portakabin UK kindly donated to us is big enough to fit all our stock and is warm and welcoming.

We are very happy in our new home and we hope that you will love it as much as we do.

  1. I was in a few times this summer and you ordered a book for me, as I was trying to locate what I considered a funeral poem. Turns out the title of the poem is “Elegy for Jean Calvin” by John Buchanan, translated from the Latin by Edwin Morgan. I think I even located the title of the book, Scottish Religious Poetry from the Sixth Century to the Present. It is out of print and I ordered a used copy, in hopes that it is the correct title. Thank-you for your help this summer!
