This book is designed for group study during Lent, though it could also be used for private study. The focus of the course is trust. The themes are: When foundations give way, Falling backwards on God, Confidence on a Cross, Hope to Trust, and Trustees of the Kingdom.
Each session starts with an extract for a psalm, then moves on to reflections on the psalm passage. There is then a section on personal application, followed by a prayer, suggestions for discussion, and finally, a ‘To do’ section.
